Order Confirmation
All orders placed on Inside Home PK are confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp before processing. Once an order is confirmed by the customer, it is prepared for dispatch.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchanges are applicable only in case of damaged, broken, or defective products

The issue must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order

The complaint must be shared via email or WhatsApp, along with clear pictures and/or a video of the product and packaging

Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
Once approved, the exchange process is completed within 7 business days.

To initiate an exchange, customers must provide complete and accurate details regarding the issue. Our team will review the request and contact you with further instructions.
InsideHome.pk reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.
